Ways I See Me

One of my groups sent out a picture asking what you can do with this and I loved it
and decided to make a tutorial out of it.
Supplies: PSP 8
Fonts and Frame and gradients Here
Tube Here
Filter Factory Gallery A Here
Picture courtesy of Venus Faerlivin which was converted to a tube.
Fonts are Platthand Demo
Commercialscript
(some of my graphics have been resized for this tutorial)
Open a new image 600 x 600 transparent

copy your tube and paste it about the center of the image as a new layer.
Make sure your new layer is highlighted and resize it to 125%

Yes her arms will be off the canvas some. That is ok.
Go to Effects >Plugins > Filter Factory Gallery A >Marble Madness One
with the following settings.

go to Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Color for drop shadow is #C0C0C0
Add a new layer
copy your tube over on to it and center it a little to the bottom left.
it should look something like this (this will be raster layer 3)

Duplicate that layer and mirror it.
should look like this now.

Highlight Raster Layer 3 and go to
Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory Gallery A > Ripper with these settings

Should look about like this

Ok highlight raster layer 1 ( this should be a blank layer)
Flood fill with black #000000
Should look about like this now

Highlight copy of raster layer 3
Now we are ready for the font.
Open your font tool and pick the Platthand Demo font or any font of your choice.
![]()
I actually changed my size to 72.
Foreground color is gradient cg-metallic with these settings

The background color is cg-gold with the same settings.
Type your name or what ever you want and place it where you want it.
Make sure it is in enough that the frame won't cover it.
convert your vector layer to a raster layer and make sure it is highlighted
Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

ok at this point if you are happy then merge visible.
Go to Image > Picture frame and find Framefeb15pa and select it with these settings.

Merge visible
(if your font is covered with the frame undo your last couple of steps and move your font and then redo the steps you undid)
Resize.

You can resize smaller if you would like but I did a GIF optimizer.
Go to File > Export > GIF Optimizer

When you click ok it will ask where you want to save it.
And this is the final result.

This is actually a little different so this is the one I originally did.

Hope you enjoyed it and I would love to see the results.
